About Michael
I am a Strength and Conditioning coach with a background in exercise physiology. I am fascinated by the human body and all it can do. Knowing the body inside and out, as well as its practical implications and effects in relation to exercise keep me yearning to learn more and more.
I love being able to apply my knowledge and experience when training my clients, helping them with whatever I can with whatever tools I have in my arsenal. Changing people's opinions of what they believe they can’t do to something they can do is one of the best bits about being a coach.
Other than that I love all things training, not just lifting, I am a fan of all sports and athletic performance as a whole. The intricacies and the nuances of the human body and its physiology mean there is an endless supply of things to learn and apply.
I’m a big fan of working smarter, not harder. Learning as much as you can only makes things easier in the long run.
