Isabella von Weissenberg
I’m the cheerleader in the corner who’s always ready with a fistbump, who backs you up even when you don’t back yourself.
About Isabella
I became passionate about powerlifting when I realised how incredible it is for your personal development and developing physical and inner strength, not just in the gym but also in the many ways you can navigate through life. I love seeing the transformation within other people when they pick up a barbell for the first time and realise everything that they’re capable of.
My coaching experience has brought me many places to work with lifters of varying capacities, from state level lifters to National and IPF world championships. Working with me as coach means being emotionally supported through all the ups and downs that come with hard training and chasing difficult goals. My style is collaborative and friendly, and it’s important that you as an athlete feel confident in the process and understand the reasons behind why we do the things we’re doing.
I’m the cheerleader in the corner who’s always ready with a fistbump, who backs you up even when you don’t back yourself.
