The Alpha Strength System is developed to adequately progress our athletes to perform at all levels of competition. Our onsite and online based coaching methods aim to create a solid foundation of movement and strength, while addressing each athlete’s individual weaknesses. Our priority is ensure that each athlete moves well with few performance leaks and movement dysfunctions, while our tailored programming improves overall strength, muscle hypertrophy and movement efficiency.

 

The Alpha System involves a large bodybuilding component to create a foundation of muscle mass. Strength can only be expressed first with the presence of developed muscle tissue, then the ability to produce explosive power and strength is dependant on neuromuscular efficiency. This is developed through a stronger connection between the central nervous system and the muscular system, thus increasing the recruitment of large motor units. These motor units innervate muscle fibres and essentially recruit larger, more explosive muscle tissue. This is developed and expressed through appropriate training and programming.

 

Our system produces results for beginner athletes as well as elite powerlifters and athletes. Our training principals have been developed through our own training, research and application to many athletes.
